  • Because every item is made custom to order, our turnaround time varies based on design complexity and current workload. Most orders are typically completed within 2-3 weeks. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide an estimated completion window and keep you updated along the way.

  • Rush orders may be available depending on the item and the quantity you need, and they do include an additional fee. Rush availability is reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis, so feel free to reach out and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

  • Yes, you can upload your own logo, design, or artwork. Since every item is made custom to order, we’re happy to use your existing branding or graphics. Just send us a clear file of your design, and we’ll let you know if it’s ready for engraving or if any adjustments are needed.

  • We’ll email you with updates on your order. Once your custom items are in progress, you’ll receive status updates and a notification when your order is ready.

  • Every item we create is custom, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order is completed. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If we make an error on your design or engraving/embroidery, we will gladly remake the item at no charge.

    If the mistake comes from information submitted by the customer, we can remake the item at full price.
